Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong is optimistic that cryptocurrency legislation in the United States will eventually be passed. After several days of meetings with lawmakers in Washington, Armstrong expressed confidence that the "Digital Asset Market Clarity Act" is likely to be approved.
